Were Ebony & Kysha Marks, Licensed Massage Therapists & Owners of Earthly Ambiance Holistic Spa. We have been practicing Massage Therapy for 9+ years, with experience in various luxury modalities. We decided to open Earthly Ambiance Holistic Spa because we came to realize that holistic care can be equally luxurious and therapeutic, and we believe that everyone deserves luxurious experiences.

Keeping a healthy mind, body, & spirit has always been and still remains a core value of ours, which is why we focus on finding the root cause of your issue. Whether it be from mental, physical, or emotional strain, our goal is to always treat it at the source. **Cancellation Policy:**
- We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
- No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

**Late Policy:**
- Please arrive early/on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full benefit of your scheduled service.
- If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client. The full service fee will still apply.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee of 25% of the service cost may be applied.
